We believe you only fail if you quit.
At Wagga Pole Studio, we believe you only fail if you quit. Taking a break isn’t failing. Moving at your own pace isn’t failing. Progressing more slowly (or differently) than you imagined definitely isn’t failing. The pole doesn’t judge your rate of progress—and neither do we. Pole is a lifelong adventure you get to enjoy—your way, on your terms. Your body will change. Your job, energy levels, friendships, and priorities may change. And all of that will show up in your pole practice. That’s not a problem—that’s being human. 🤍
We believe in pushing ourselves, but we also know that “hard” looks different from day to day. Some days you’ve got 80% to give. Some days it’s 50%. Some days it’s 5%—and if that’s all you had and you gave it, then you gave everything. That still counts. We leave it all on the pole, whatever “all” looks like that day. 💪✨
There’s a reason pole class feels so good. When you train, your brain lights up. When you try something new, cheer a pole sibling on, or share a laugh, everyone wins. When you help a pole sibling or take a moment to breathe, your nervous system settles. Your brain releases all the good stuff—endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin—not because you’re perfect, but because you’re showing up, moving your body, and connecting. This is what happens when training, music, and community collide. 🖤
That’s also why we encourage photos and videos early on. Not so you can compare—but so you don’t have to take our word for it. On the days your brain lies to you, you can see your strength, progress, and growth with your own eyes. Evidence beats self-doubt every time. 📸✨
Ask any teacher at WPS and they’ll tell you why we hate the word fail. Because showing up counts. Trying counts. Resting counts. Coming back counts. The only way to truly fail at pole… is to quit on yourself. And we’re here to make sure you don’t have to do this alone. 🖤✨
