Yoga for Polers

Yoga for Polers is designed to help you get more out of every pole class.

The perfect complement to your pole journey. Through movement, you’ll explore how your body feels in each pose, building strength, mobility and awareness that supports your pole practice. The focus isn’t on doing yoga “perfectly,” but on learning how to move in ways that support your body and your pole practice.

You’ll learn how to move in each pose to find what feels best for YOUR body. Rather than expecting every body to move the same way, you’ll be guided through different ways to approach each pose, giving you the confidence to choose the option that feels right for your body on any given day.

💪 Yoga for Polers: Conditioning

Support your pole training with movement that builds strength, stability, mobility, and control.

You’ll develop the physical capacity that helps climbs feel stronger, tricks feel more achievable, and movement feel more controlled and confident. This class is about building a body that supports your pole goals—one session at a time.

🌿 Yoga for Polers: Recovery

Slow down, release tension, and reset your body and mind.

Through movement, you’ll unwind tight muscles, improve mobility, and let go of the physical and mental load of the week. You’ll leave feeling looser, lighter and more at ease in your body.
