It's a simple sentence, but it means a lot to us.

Over the years, we've welcomed people from all walks of life through our doors. Some arrive excited. Some arrive terrified. Some walk in full of confidence. Others spend the whole drive wondering whether they'll fit in.

If that's you, we'd like you to know something.

You don't need to arrive as the best version of yourself.

You don't need to have it all together.

You don't need to be fit, flexible, coordinated, confident, experienced, outgoing or fearless.

You don't need to become someone else to belong here.

You belong here exactly as you are.

Bring Your Whole Self

Not your polished self.

Not your social media self.

Not the version of you that always knows what they're doing.

Just you.

The you who had a rough day.

The you who feels awkward.

The you who is nervous about trying something new.

The you who has seventeen tabs open in their brain and no idea where the music is coming from.

When you walk through our doors, you're welcome to bring your whole self with you.

Because life is complicated, and we don't believe you should have to pretend otherwise.

The Things We Leave Behind

There are some things we don't think deserve a place in our studio.

Body shaming.

Comparison.

Gossip.

Judgement.

Negative self-talk.

The world gives us enough of that already.

Over the last decade, we've worked hard to create a community where people support each other, celebrate progress and take up space without apology.

A place where people build each other up instead of tearing themselves down.

A place where your biggest competition is yesterday's version of yourself.

A place where everyone gets to take up space exactly as they are.

Because growth happens a lot faster when you're not carrying all that extra weight around.

You Don't Have To Hide Here

Nobody should have to wear a mask to feel accepted.

Some people find new situations exciting.

Some find them exhausting.

Some make friends in five minutes.

Some need a little longer.

Some arrive feeling completely at home.

Some spend the whole drive wondering if they'll fit in.

Whoever you are, you're welcome here.

And if you're struggling with something, we want to know.

We might not be able to fix everything.

But if it's within our power to help, we will.

That's what community means to us.

Not just celebrating the wins, but showing up for each other when things are hard too.

Because you're not meant to do life alone.

We see you.

We mean a space where people are treated with kindness.

A space where mistakes are expected.

A space where questions are welcome.

A space where you can celebrate your wins without worrying about being judged.

A space where you don't have to earn your worth before you walk through the door.

We believe everyone deserves a place where they can be themselves.

We're proud of the community we've built together, and we'll keep doing our best to make sure it stays that way.

Because at the end of the day, pole is only part of what happens here.

Yes, we learn new skills.

Yes, we challenge ourselves.

Yes, we surprise ourselves with what we're capable of.

But more importantly, we laugh together, support each other and remind one another that we don't have to do life alone.
